We welcome your feedback as an opportunity to improve our services. If you wish to make a compliment or complaint there are several ways you can do so:

We invite you first and foremost to talk with us immediately about any complaint.  The sooner we hear about it the sooner we can respond.  All compliments and complaints will be forwarded to the appropriate manager for their information and /or response. We investigate complaints quickly and fairly ensuring the rights of all those involved are respected and if necessary action will be taken to improve the situation.
