Visiting hours are daily from 2.00pm to 8.00pm. Visits outside these hours, including Emergency Department visits, are at the discretion of the Senior Registered Nurse on duty.

Yes. Gore Hospital is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the hospital or on hospital grounds.

Yes. Our Family/Whānau Room includes a kitchen, bathroom, small living area, dining space, television and beds. Please speak with nursing staff if you need to use this room. The Family/Whānau Room was made possible through the generous support of our community.
