ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDINATOR
If you thrive under pressure and enjoy juggling multiple tasks, in a role where no two days are the same, then this could be your calling! We’re looking for an exceptional Administration Co-ordinator to join our administration team at Gore Hospital. This is a permanent full-time position (1.0 FTE) worked Monday to Friday.
This is a senior position and the ideal candidate would have executive administration experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Solid Information Technology skills and ability to problem solve
- Exceptional customer care and communication skills
- Excellent computing and reporting skills including experience in electronic information systems
and Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook - Attention to detail and event planning and co-ordination
- Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask and effectively manage, plan and co-ordinate
workload - Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Proven commitment to quality and efficiency
- Flexible attitude to work outside boundaries of the position when required
- Alert, reliable, thorough, mature, have a positive attitude, integrity and initiative.
